Sailing in Kuna Yala Community

We will visit the indigenous community of kuna yala and learn about their culture.

We will visit their sustainable and natural homes made of straw and cane arrow and their beautiful kitchens of firewood, wood and coconut palms, where the men go   fishing  every morning to feed their families, paddling their kayucos (artisanal canoes) and the women are in charge of preparing the fire to cook natural dishes without condiments, salt or oil, only smoked fish, rice with coconut, cassava and banana. A true natural delicacy.  They are also the creators of the art of molas, where every night they all gather together to sew this wonderful art.

Sail and walk through the organic farms of the Kuna

We will sail very close to the mountain to see the farms of the Kunas,  what kind of food they grow and how they do it organically.  We will also visit rivers and waterfalls of crystal clear water in the jungle of San Blas while the crew is in charge of collecting pure water to have as a reserve in the sailboat. There is an atmosphere of silence, except for the cries of wild birds and animals. A unique experience that you can only experience on our sailboat.

The Molas

You will meet the wonderful art of Las Molas with Benancio, the most famous Kuna of San Blas for doing wonderful molas completely handmade. BENANCIO is our friend, we will receive him on our sailboat with a coffee to show us and tell us her art.
