San Blas, also known from its original name Kuna Yala, is the last virgin paradise that exists in the world! It is nature in the nude. It is an archipelago of more than 365 islands, full of coconut palm trees, crystal clear turquoise waters, white sand beaches, rivers and jungle.
A brief history of the place:
Kunas are people that never knelt. This is their story: the Tule Revolution (1925) a peaceful struggle where the Kuna people resisted the police, the bureaucracy and capitalism that tried to dominate, exploit and transform them.
Thanks to this peaceful struggle, Kuna Yala is a unique place without hotel chains, where only the Kuna indigenous community lives, where people live without schedules, cars, street noise, or artificial lights. Where it allows you to find your own space and move at your own pace in a micro world that is San Blas.
